Quilting Works in Progress
Here is a quilt I made for my cousin's daughter... it's small but it will be fun for her I think once I get it finished. Hand quilting takes me awhile.
This quilt is just the top, I am working on making additional rows to make it wider in hopes of giving it to my mom one day... I will be machine quilting this once I get it layered and finished.
Above the bed is my first quilt ever finished.
On top of the bed is the quilt I am currently working on finishing. It's for my husband and I. I am excited because it is pretty but I am trying to handquilt it... in circles. You can see them in the picture. :)
Here is the top before I put the batting and backing on it. It does look kind of crazy doesn't it? *ponders* Oh well. I like it.
This is the backing I chose for it. :) mmm pretty blue.
And here is my cat ... helping? I think not. I wish he would help! but he just likes blankets.

Those are beautiful quilts. You certainly have a gift with the quilting needle.
Thanks Katie. I hope to finish the Paul quilt soon, he has been waiting awhile for a quilt. :)
I just love all of your quilts...the one above the bed is adorable.
Your quilts are pretty. I still have never had the discipline to hand quilt anything...so I applaud you! Looks beautiful.
