Impossible Mexican Pie

(This is from Paul's family, his mom makes it a lot. I made it tonight!)
1 lb Ground Beef
1/2 cup chopped Onions
1 1/4 oz taco seasoning mix
4 oz can Green Chiles
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
1 1/4 cup milk
3/4 cup bisquick baking mix
3 eggs
1 cup shredded lettuce
1/2 cup sour cream
1 med tomato

Preheat oven to 400.
Cook and stir ground beef and onion until beef is brown. Drain.
Stir in taco seasoning mix.
Grease pie plate and pour beef mixture into the pie plate.
Sprinkle green chiles and cheese over mixture.
Beat milk, baking mix and eggs until smooth. 15 seconds in blender on high speed.
Pour into pie plate.
Bake 23-30 minutes.
When done knife inserted will come out clean.
Let stand five minutes before cutting.
This makes magic pie! :)
Just let it cool and work it's magic when you take the pie out.
Start chopping up some tomatoes and lettuce to sprinkle on top of the pie.
Spread sour cream over top of pie, then put the tomatoes and lettuce around the edges.
